What Is A Hardship License?

This type of driver’s license normally allows you to drive for 12 hours a day, not including late night hours. The allowable driving time may be from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., or from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Some drivers with jobs that start later have convinced judges to allow them to drive with schedules such as 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
